Daniel has been in the wine & spirits industry for more than 15 years. He held various roles in buying, product development, selling, and business development, covering luxury retail stores (city’super) in Greater China, to mass distribution (Dairy Farm International) in the APAC region. He is currently working at Telford International for off-trade key accounts business development.

Daniel was inducted as Chevalier then Officier into L’Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne. He was also inducted into La Commanderie du Bontemps Bordeaux. These recognize his contributions to promoting brands from respective regions. He enjoys wines in different price categories and regions, from refreshing NZ Sauvignon Blanc, to crafted US Zinfandel and delicate Burgundy. His drinking philosophy relates to moments and food pairing. Daniel is native in Cantonese and fluent in Mandarin, English & French.
