Maison Pascal Jolivet

“Maison Pascal Jolivet was created in 1987 in the Loire Valley. Pascal is the fourth generation in the industry and the Jolivet family always been in the industry. Since the beginning our mission was an evidence : to make a natural winemaking in order to get the best of best from the terroir and the fruit. We do not clarify the juice, do not add any enzymes and commercial yeast and very low sulfites (just before the bottling). We are certified organic since vintage 2022 even though our vineyards are worked this way since 2009. Nowadays, MPJ has 77 hectares in Touraine for "Attitude", 60 hectares in Sancerre & Pouilly Fumé, and 15 hectares in Coteaux du Giennois. MPJ is distributed in 108 countries and only in restaurants, hotels and specialists retailers”
